Lasso
Entertainment and Promotions is a division of Lasso Media Pty
Ltd, the organisation responsible for the extremely popular Kids
in Perth - The Parents' Paper.
Lasso Entertainment and Promotions
evolved from relationships formed with shopping centres through
The Parents' Paper and has been in operation for just over two years.
We are pleased to introduce this arm of our company, which
sources, promotes and manages a plethora of entertainment suitable
for the whole family.

Providing Entertainment Statewide
Our
promotional team has had experience in arranging varied forms
of entertainment for a range of venues including most major and
suburban shopping centres around Perth as well as providing entertainment
to rural centres around WA.
Lasso Entertainment and Promotions
also provides entertainment to town councils including The City
of Perth, City of Subiaco, Town of Claremont and City of Gosnells.
Additionally, entertainment is provided on a regular basis
to other places of family interest such as Sorrento Quay, Hillarys
Harbour and The Perth Zoo, which contracted Lasso Entertainment
and Promotions to organise and promote two consecutive days
of entertainment for families.

More Than
Family Entertainment
In
2000, Lasso Entertainment and Promotions won the contract to arrange
entertainment for the Subiaco Street Party. Over the past two
years the scope of responsibilities for this event has widened
to include more than family entertainment.
This is an annual community event
encompassing many streets in the central Subiaco area and comprising
roving entertainers, continuous stage performances, and varied children's
rides including ponies, bouncy castles and a double decker bus fitted
out as a fun gymnasium. The attendance for this event ranges from
24,000 to 29,500 people.
Each year in April, Lasso Entertainment and Promotions presents
the Kids in Perth Expo. This event has proved extremely popular
as a promotional tool for Perth businesses and provides parents
with an extremely informative and entertaining day out.
